The Chardon Schools testing schedule for the 2017 State of Ohio assessments, with the testing dates for each grade level, is listed below.
These state-mandated assessments require students to demonstrate application of knowledge and skills learned and practiced. They also measure mastery of knowledge and skills at a particular point in time, as outlined in the Ohio standards for specific grade levels and courses.
The results of these tests are just one of the tools we use to assess how individual students – and the district – are progressing. By studying data from these assessments, Chardon Schools continues our Mission: High achievement for all students, where learning is our most important work.
