CMS fall parent/teacher conferences are right around the corner, scheduled to be held on 10/27, 11/1, and 11/11.  Teachers will hold individual conferences with interested parents, discussing their specific classes.  Parents are welcome to sign-up for conferences with any or all of their child’s teachers.  If you have already met with or have established lines of communication with your child’s teachers, a parent may decide that this conference is not necessary at this time.  Please know that we are happy to meet with parents at any time.

Conferences will be held either in-person with participants wearing masks, or virtually.  All CLSD schools are using an on-line scheduling program, PTC Fast, to schedule conferences.  Please click HERE for the CMS conferences to establish your account and to finalize the date and time of your meeting(s).  Conferences will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Upon scheduling, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the date and time of your conference (if you do not receive an e-mail you did not schedule a conference!).  In addition, the e-mail will tell you the teachers' room number(s) and their established conference virtual meeting link(s).  *** PLEASE RETAIN THIS E-MAIL CONFIRMATION WITH THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!  

CMS parents do NOT need to communicate if they are attending in person or virtually - teachers will have signs on their door asking that you knock upon your arrival if in-person until they greet you, or you will be in a virtual "waiting room" until the teacher accepts you into the conference if meeting virtually.  

Intervention Specialists are not listed on the sign-up link, but case managers will join meetings with content area teachers as they are able.  If a parent would like an individual meeting with your child's intervention specialist / case manager, please e-mail that teacher directly to schedule.
