Happy National Teachers' Day! May 3, 2022 "...a day of honoring teachers and recognizing the lasting contributions they make to our lives.” #ThankATeacher  We love ourselves some fun facts...ALMOST as much as we love our teachers!  1944 — Early Discussion Roots 1953 — A Teachers' Day is Established - 1st Tuesday in March 1980 — Congress Declares March 7 as a National Day - National Teachers' Day 1981-1984 — National Education Association continues to observe Teachers' Day on the 1st Tuesday in March 1985 — National Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Establishes 1st Week of May as Teacher Appreciation Week 1985 — National Education Association Representative Assembly then Votes to Make the Tuesday of the 1st Week of May National Teachers' Day! Transportation Policies Reminder

Students must get on and off the bus at their assigned stop.  Students are ONLY allowed to ride their own assigned bus to and from school. Students are NOT allowed to ride home on any other bus but their own (we do NOT allow students to ride the bus to a friend's house). Special circumstances must be discussed with a building administrator at least 24 hours in advance of requested exceptions to this policy.
